We purchase the ice/heat packs from The Ice Pack Store, the packs are:(1) High performance; (2) Longer lasting thaw time, the ice packs will generally stay frozen from 24-36 hours in an insulated container. At room temperature, about 3-4 hours. Most importantly, they will stay frozen longer than ice. (3) Won’t leak or release water when thawed. (4) Reusable HUNDREDS of times. (5) Flexible when frozen. Dog Vest Sizes
Will fit most medium and large dogs.
- Medium: Length 15 -20 inches; elastic straps allow for adjustment for neck, chest and stomach
- Large: Length 21 -24 inches; elastic straps allow for adjustment for neck, chest and stomach
Precautions When Using Heat and Ice:
Do not use cold packs or heat over areas of skin that are in poor condition. Don’t use ice if your dog shows symptoms of heatstroke. Call your vet and take your dog in right away for treatment. For more information click here.
