Double Sided Finger Mitt Kit is a mitt with pockets for the insertion of ice/heat packs. The mitt provides a holistic approach for dealing with arthritis in your hands and other parts of your body.
The Double Sided Finger Mitt can also be used to provide comfort to a pet who suffers with arthritis. Foot/toe pain suffers can also benefit by using the Finger Mitt Kit.

Size
One size fit most adults and junior adults. To find out if the Double Sided Finger Mitt will fit, measure (in inches) from the thumb knuckle with a tape measure to the side of your little finger (your hand should be on top of the tape). If this number is 6 inches or less the mitt will fit. You should use your dominant hand, the right if you are right-handed, and the left if you are left-handed.

We purchase the ice/heat packs from The Ice Pack Store, the packs are:(1) High performance; (2) Longer lasting thaw time, the ice packs will generally stay frozen from 24-36 hours in an insulated container. At room temperature, about 3-4 hours. Most importantly, they will stay frozen longer than ice. (3) Won’t leak or release water when thawed. (4) Reusable HUNDREDS of times. (5) Flexible when frozen. Do not use cold packs or heat over areas of skin that are in poor condition. Don’t use ice if your dog shows symptoms of heatstroke. Call your vet and take your dog in right away for treatment.
